At Sleek Hide, we value customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our leather jackets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
- Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
Items purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for refunds unless defective.
- How to Initiate a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email info@sleek-hide.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Return the item to our warehouse at the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your bank, refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Custom-made or personalized jackets.
Items returned without prior approval.
Items damaged due to customer misuse.
- Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
